Silverton is British Columbia's smallest municipality and is situated on the shores of beautiful Slocan Lake.  This quaint village, 5 km south of New Denver, boasts an array of outdoor recreational opportunities, museums and many unique artisan galleries.

History comes alive at The Silverton Gallery.  Mining equipment from the turn-of-the-century line the front lawn of the building as a tribute to Silverton's roots.  And, the gallery is filled with the creations of local artists and is regularly brought to life by theatrical performances.
