Radium Hot Springs

Radium Hot Springs invite you to relax in a spectacular mountain setting and soak in the hot mineral waters that have rejuvenated travellers for more than a century.

Located in the UNESCO Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks World Heritage Site, the all natural, outdoor hot springs pools promise a truly unforgettable vacation experience.

Radium Hot Springs

The springs rise from ground waters that travel deep into the earth returning to the surface steaming and loaded with natural minerals.  The waters contain a therapeutic mix of sulphate, calcium, bicarbonate, silica, magnesium and other minerals.  Average water temperature is 39°C (103°F) year-round.

Radium Hot Springs offer a mountain hideaway destination. Visitors to the hot springs may enjoy the extensive day spa which offers therapeutic and relaxation massage, and health-oriented treatments.  The spa facilities include a jetted plunge pool, steam room and spacious lounge area.

Located within the Kootenay National Park and adjacent to the Columbia Valley, it is the perfect spot for enjoying many activities nearby including cross-country and alpine skiing, hiking, wildlife viewing and of course, the valley's world-class golf courses!
