The online application form below is provided to enable members of
Kootenay Rockies Tourism
to access the Kootenay Rockies
Tourism Image Bank.
Applications
may be submitted by any member, or their agent, to utilize copyrighted
images in brochures and advertising, or on the Internet, as
identified below.
The images are limited in use to brochure or electronic publishing
that promotes visitation to the member property; or that promotes the sale
of real estate.
The images may not be duplicated, used for any other purpose than identified in the
application, or used in any materials that will be sold.
A photographer credit must be provided wherever possible
and a courtesy to KootenayRockies.com.
Usage fees vary by the promotional intent. The intent must be clearly
identified in the application.
