Cranbrook
Golf Club

Boasting the most sunshine hours in all of British Columbia, it's
only fitting that the city of Cranbrook - the largest community in the area - leads the
way when it comes to championship golf in the Kootenay Rockies. Not just a
local leader, the Cranbrook Golf Club has been recognized at the provincial level as well
for hosting tournaments such as the BC Amateur and Senior Championships.
The course was built in 1951 and with a large new reservoir,
 |
offers superb playing conditions
throughout the entire season. A prime example of a classic course, each hole is
beautifully framed by tall evergreens and is a pleasure to play for golfers of all
abilities. Not surprising, a new member stated, "The course has the look and
play of a private club, but is a real bargain for public play". |
With a great outdoor patio, restaurant, driving range,
lessons and a well-stocked pro shop, you'll want to spend a full day at the Cranbrook Golf
Club - your perfect home base in the Kootenay Rockies.
