Christina
Lake Golf Club

The warm clear waters of Christina Lake, lure those with a love for water sports to
flock to the area during summer months. Huddled at the base of the Monashee and
Selkirk mountain ranges and minutes from the lake, is the beautiful Christina Lake Golf
Course.
Its pristine fairways are fingers of lush green carpet winding artistically through
ponderosa pines and cedar, enticing golfers from early April to the end of October.
Head Golf Professional Kevin Maffioli has been at Christina Lake for six
years. "We're the busiest green fee course in the area," says Kevin.
With the picturesque setting, the outstanding layout and numerous outdoor activities, it's
no wonder.
Christina Lake blends an old style nine, built in 1961, with a newer Les Furber nine built
in 1987. The overall product, complete with black sand bunkers, unbelievable greens
and striking mountain views, is as rewarding as any golf experience you'll have in the
Kootenay Rockies.
A trip to the soothing waters of Christina Lake and the immaculate fairways of the golf
course is a must during your summer vacation.
