Selkirk Mountain Experience caters to adventurers who enjoy the mountain world. The

Today, Selkirk Mountain Experience is proud to be one of the world's finests ski-touring
and ski mountaineering companies. Superb mountain skiing on the vast pristine
glaciers and countless alpine peaks surrounding the Durrand Glacier are located in the
heart of the northern Selkirk Mountain range.
In the summer, the wild flowers at Durrand Glacier are very special. It is a natural
alpine garden of well over 100 flower varieties. The crystal clear water of the
mountain lakes, huge waterfalls and snow capped peaks are breathtaking.
The Durand Glacier Chalet is the main lodge which offers comfortable accommodation for up
to 18 guests. The chalet features bright pinewood bedrooms, running water, a gear
drying room, a
wash-up room, a flush toilet and a wood-fired sauna with shower facilities. And,
each day the chalet chef prepares delicious meals!
